It was amazing, the bao buns were wow, had them for the first time and so so good! Also the matcha strawberry latte, too good (recommended by your team member) 100 % FAB I would like to mention that we were wanting to order desserts too but it was too difficult to grab any servers attention and I didn’t wanted to call them specifically (i think that’s embarrassing). But otherwise no issues with any of the team members. Lovely 3 hours of the day.

Lovely. Place very clean. Delicious and fresh tasty food. Had a wonderful service from Papa. I have been to other Wagammas, but this is our favourite yet and loved having a booth rather be sat (at other places) at a very large table with strangers. Will be back.

Went there today for my birthday treat, it was our first time coming here and it was all very delicious, and the staff were very lovely, the woman that was serving us took my pudding off the bill for my birthday.

Just fantastic. Had a wonderful dinner. Wow Filip was a great waiter. He suggested all the delicious food we had. Loved everything and expecially the Yuzu Lychee Sangria coctail prepared by a super bar tender that I couldn't stop drinking, and all the other staff was very friendly and extremely warm as well. Had a realy nice time.

I am so impressed with the wagamamas' response to my experience. They called me to apologise, and I'm so grateful that they took it seriously. I was only in discomfort for one evening, but knowing that they take measures to ensure these things don't happen again to people with life-threatening allergies makes me feel so much better! I will take them up on the offer to return and hopefully have a much better experience. Original review: Sadly, it was not good. We were asked right at the beginning,'any allergies' immediately, I said chillies. Our waitress then mumbled something about top 14, and is it a real allergy...... I suddenly feel very small. It's an Asian inspired restaurant with a lot of spicy options, but they also seem to pride themselves in being accessible to all. I'm sorry I can't digest chillies. I know I won't die, but it will hurt me for at least 12 hours. That's all she sees to care about...will it cause death? Anyway... I ordered the pork belly ramen (trusting her noting my allergy) and low and behold....there are chillies in the sauce. I'm so sad. Thanks. She totally dismissed me. Now I'm stuck in my bathroom. Fun times. I did get another bowl without the sauce. Which was bland. But at that point, I was in pain and discomfort. The waitress who took the order wouldn't even look me in the eye. Everyone else was lovely, though. The food was hot and quick and otherwise would satisfy. Just warning to those with allergies!!!
